Drywall Repair reviews in Albany

Allen helped me design my kitchen project, explaining costs and options. He and his team were able to handle anything the project needed, and then some. His estimate was thorough and clear about what he would be responsible for and what I was buying (such as appliances and lighting fixtures). The job threw us a few curves, but if they were within the original scope of work they were handled without drama at no additional cost. For larger unforeseen items--for example, when my new ovens needed a larger-capacity electrical circuit--Allen brought in his expert that day at a reasonable cost. I added more than a few extras that challenged his schedule and he still stayed cheerful. His design sense and attention to detail were especially helpful to me. His crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and took care to keep the kitchen as useful as possible throughout the job. He was willing and able to create a gorgeous kitchen that's well laid out and a pleasure to work in. Even my repainted cabinets look great and the finish is still wearing well. His tile work is perfection.

Bob King and his staff, Justin and John, where excellent to work with. They were timely, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I were very happy with the results. We had major water damage and were very fortunate to have found and hired Bob King, Justin and John.

Todd arrived as promised, (he even called me as a heads up saying he was 10 minutes away), to review what had to be done to repair the Sheetrock and reattached a rod hanger. I had a stud finder handy and he found a stud nearby and was able to fix the problem there and then. This avoided having to open the wall, add a stud, replace Sheetrock, taping, etc. All fixed within 15 minutes. He did this knowing he could have sold me the larger job. Additionally, he refused payment from me. This is not the first time I have used Todd Jobs. Recently he had an employee come and fix a through the wall, large Nutone kitchen exhaust fan. The outdoor wall unit's flapper valve spring broke and no replacement parts are available due to the age of the unit. The worker found springs at a local store, adjusted the length, lubricated the flap hinge, and reinstalled the unit. It was a complicated job. The fan is working again. Surprisingly, the worker discovered and electrical problem with something shorting to my siding. I called National Grid and they sent two workers to find the problem. Old feed cables had worn to the point that some slight shorting was happening as well as extensive rusting in the meter boxes. This was fixed by a lic electrical contractor. It was a good thing this was discovered.

After days of emailing w the company via Angies List, I received a text from the person that does the estimates. He could not confirm whether or not he could come out to provide an estimate, but stated he'd get in touch later in the week. The night before I had wanted him to come out, he started texting me at approx 8:10 pm and continued to send me messages until approx 9:20 pm. He still could not confirm whether he'd be able to provide an estimate or not. At approx 10:25 am the following day he texted to say he could now come to provide an estimate. I had previously asked him to come at 10:30. I told him I couldn't wait for him to get there....I had made other plans since I didnt hear from him. He later asked what work I wanted done and I told him and sent him pictures of the rooms I wanted renovated. That was on 7/17/18. On 8/1/18 I finally heard back from him, but still with no answers. When I stated I would need to work with a different company he said to contact him if I needed anything. Need anything???? Why would I ever work with a company that gave me the run around and then didnt even respond back to me for weeks? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! WOULD NEVER EVEN CONSIDER HAVING WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY!!!! F- - - - - - - -

Matt and his team turned a living nightmare into an extremely manageable experience--and even had me smiling. They quickly addressed the issues I was having in my home, and demonstrated a level of customer service, flexibility and homeowner empathy that you don't often find these days. I couldn't recommend a better restoration service!

Our sump pump died and our basement flooded. Matt, owner, of Cleanbright and his crew were fantastic. He and the whole crew were polite, professional and great to work with. He communicates very well and handled things with my insurance company. They had all the equipment to dry out the basement after removing sheetrock. They replaced and replaced it and repainted and moved stuff back into place. Thanks to his quick response we avoided any mold or mildew issues. On top of everything else they were very neat and clean. You would never know there had been an issue.

It went well- It took a little longer than I anticipated but a lot of that had to do with the city permit/ inspections. I think the next time I do this- I will ask to see all the materials and fixtures before the project calls for that item to be installed. Review quality of material and dimentions of fixtures- so that there isn't a reorder delay.

John suggested I have the walls painted grey to coordinate with the new floor. With white trim the room looks great. The painters did a great job painting and fixing defects in the walls. I love the results!

I recently contracted with the owner (Matt) to repair a home that was damaged by mold and in need of reconstruction. Let me say that Matt is a real pro and a nice guy to work with. He always kept me informed on his progress and any added costs. He used high quality products at a very reasonable price when compared to other estimates. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone.
