    Brendese, Dr. John A.
Dr. Brendese looked at my cystic acne and offered to inject a medication. I told him I was afraid of needles. He did it without my consent. Then tapped/lightly slapped the side of my face and referred to me not being a wimp about needles. Calling him a curmudgeon would be a compliment compared to the way he interacted with me as he was tactless and his response felt hostile.

    Pan, Dr. Teddy
Dr Pan's diagnosis and treatment plan were right on the money!  After seeing 3 other dermatologists for the same rash with no luck, it was great to finally answers - and RESULTS.  Happy to report that the rash has gone away and Dr Pan wants to continue follow up just to be sure that it doesn't come back.  Very Happy to call Dr Pan our doctor!

    Gregory, Dr. A Neal
After quite a while he came into the office in a rush, introduced himself with his back turned so I thought his name was Barry the whole time. He had me take off my shirt and my undies with the curtain a quarter open to the hallway and did a full body scan. He assured me I'm in good shape. He was noticeably in a rush so he missed the big mole behind my ear that was my main concern. He did notice my elbow wart, but without mentioning It he got his freeze gun from an adjacent room and zapped it. I asked him what he was doing and he just said, "liquid nitrogen." Never warned me about the gigantic blister it would leave and how to take care of it when it popped and ruined my good shorts later that night. After that he said I was all set and the nurse would be in with pamphlets, which I assumed were about self examinations. Except he did not say that. I sat for an additional twenty five minutes till he slung the curtain open and said, "what are you still doing here?!" He escorted me to the front where I cashed out.... Without any information about anything.

I went back today for my follow up and to get two more things cut off for a biopsy. The thing on my neck was a success, although he came in, said, "Hello," and instead of checking out my neck, like I thought he was doing, he just snipped off the issue. A little forewarning, or conversation would have been nice,. This guy has the personality and charisma of the wart he burned off, I swear. Then, to top it all off, after several minutes of deliberation, because he only wrote one thing down in his chart, I got him to cut off the other thing that I have issues with inside my hairline. He barely looked at it, said nothing as to what he saw, got his freeze gun out and froze it. I asked him if it would blister like the other one and what the difference was between a mole and a what a bad spot looked like. His response,"it's like the difference between a dog and a horse..." I still don't know what that means.

Now I am home and the spot he froze has developed a nice blister. Catch is, and this is why I'm writing a nasty review, he froze off the wrong thing. He shot a zit, not the bad spot I told him about. It's about a inch away from the bad spot.

I will never see him again and I'm switching my next appointment to someone else in the practice first thing tomorrow....

    Stewart Altmayer MD
Dr. Altmeyer and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.  The only problem with his practice is the wait time.  It often takes months to get an appointment and you can expect to wait half-hour to an hour to see the doctor once you are there.  If you properly plan ahead, he's a very good dermatologist.

    Schwartz, Dr. Joseph J
. I was worried that the treatments might hurt, but he was very gentle and patient. He spent a lot of time with me and he patiently answered all my questions. He never made me feel rushed. Dr. Schwartz is very knowledgable and professional and I highly recommend him.

    Upper Hudson Valley Dermatology
Was very pleased with how quickly the procedure was done. Dr. Gregory was wonderful. Only issue my second visit was a long wait but that can happen often in a popular medical facility that cares and treats you like your the only patient they have.

    Baler, Dr. Joseph S.
I like that they are very timely and I don't have to wait in the office forever, so they're very prompt and punctual in taking care of the patient. The receptionists are very friendly and he is very knowledgeable. He gives you his full attention and assesses your problem. He doesn't make you feel rushed and spends the time with you and makes good eye contact and listens to you. He's also been very available to us.

    Siebeneck, Dr. Hillary B.
The wait to see the doctor was around 10 minutes, about 5x as long as she actually spent with me during my very first visit with her. There was hardly any consultation before she quickly wrote out 5 prescriptions and sent me on my way. My previous dermatologist would spend a few minutes first looking at my acne-prone areas to chart my progress, etc... I didn't find that Dr. Siebeneck had much if any bedside manner. She made it seem more like a business transaction. This was in 2009, so I hope that she has improved!

    Francis Cullen MD
He removed a cyst from the bottom of my eyes. He's good. I had several things, in fact quite a while ago I had very bad warts, I think I had them on every finger and on my thumbs they were going under the nail. I had been to other doctors before and none of them compared to how he did that for me.

    Baler, Dr. Joseph S.
Dr. Baler is very professional and efficient. He listens and answers all of my questions in a manner that is understandable to me. His treatments for my various skin issues have alleviated the problems. As is the case with any physician, one has to advocate for one's self. Doctors can't guess what you're thinking. Speak up. Dr. Baler knows his stuff and addresses all of your questions and concerns.
