    Five Star General Masonry
Mark called in a timely fashion, showed up for an estimate quickly, started and completed the job when he said he would and stayed within the estimated price. He explained what had to be done in detail. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

    All Dry Basement
Excellent workmanship and top notch customer service! First Doug assessed the situation, answered all my questions and worked up a proposal with a couple solution options. Time was spent discussing each option and I was free to make a decision on what option I felt best fit my needs and my budget at the time. No high pressure sales or fast talking. Todd and his crew were professional, punctual and EXTREMELY hard working. When a minor glitch in the process occurred they promptly addressed it to get the project back on track. They were meticulous about clean up and left my basement neater than when they got there. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at All Dry Basement. They have set the bar extremely high for any future contractors I may higher and I highly recommend that you talk with them about any basement concerns.

    Davco Masonry
I had called for an estimate in Feb. Because many of the cracks were outside, they could not be fixed until the ground dried up some. I never had any moisture problems in the basement, but DAVCO was quick to say they would fix things asap if necessary. I got a call that they were available and conditions were suitable, so 2 men came and fixed about 20 cracks. Most of the cracks were minor, but there were a few deeper wall cracks and a wide uneven crack in the garage floor. They did an excellent job smoothing out the floor crack.

    Davco Masonry
Davco was extremely responsive, prompt, thorough, and did an excellent job fixing a long-standing water issue in my basement. Dave kept me apprised on progress throughout. They cleaned up and were careful in my house. I feel their work is actually life-changing for me and will provide the peace of mind I have not had.

    Davco Masonry
Daveco made repairs to our foundation and installed a sump pump. We were very impressed with their work and professionalism. Their prices were also very reasonable, and the quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time, they returned our calls/emails, they kept us updated. They were professional, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Matt and Dave were also very honest with what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. I highly recommend them.

    Adirondack Basement Systems
100% professional right from the first contact! System designerworked (literally) for hours, photographing and measuring the work area then gave a clear & detailed presentation of the project. Austin Putnam's work crew arrived on day scheduled and on time (after calling to say they were on the way), worked diligently but not quietly (jackhammers DO make noise!), explained what they were doing and returned two days later to test the system. Cleaned the work area better than they received it and even put a small amount of cement in the entryway when there was a significant depression . "It was a trip hazard", he observed. It was a pleasure having them around and would definitely recommend them. I deliberately waited to submit this review until I had experienced a significant rain event, and everything was fine. Even heard a soft noise...the sump pump quietly doing its job.

We had a small sinkhole growing in our front yard. There was a crack in the sewer lateral pipe. Burnett came in quickly and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the crack in the pipe was on our side and not the city's. We had an appointment a couple days later for Burnett to dig it up. They did and they replaced the sewer lateral pipe and re-filled. We had some bushes in the way, but they managed to do it without damaging them. One small thing is that I wish they had laid top soil and grass seed a little sooner afterwards. But all that dirt needed time to settle. They also had a good price compared to another estimate I got. I would recommend them.

    Adirondack Basement Systems
I had a bid to remove my basement concrete, remove 4" of dirt and re-pour a high psi concrete floor. We were also getting a sump pump, perimeter drainage, and an egress window. The job was going to take 2 weeks and cost just over $40k. It's been almost 1.5 months since the job began and my basement is a pit of mud. Adirondack Basement Systems has a major issue with management and they have been terrible to work with. The two guys that have done most of the concrete work have been very nice and courteous and are doing the best they can. Management on the other-hand have been ridiculous. I am really hoping that ABS finishes this job soon, but I'm not sure that is going to happen. Currently, besides the pit of mud in my basement, I have a 4' x 4' hole cut into my back patio, a sump hose lying in my front lawn, and no way to access my breaker box which is in the basement (yes, I have a breaker that popped and no way to turn it back on). Besides all of this, I also had sewage backing up into my basement. This was eventually fixed by a plumber, but was certainly disgusting. Adirondack Basement Systems has made no attempts to get this job finished. They say they'll call with a plan, and then I hear nothing but crickets. I would either avoid this company altogether, or have a completion clause written into the contract.

    All Dry Basement
Todd, the owner of All Dry Basement, is professional, prompt, and pleasant. He worked efficiently and came when he said he would. He and his assistant, Josh, are hard workers and did an excellent job waterproofing our basement, including a crawlspace. The attention paid to detail was amazing. Todd is a perfectionist who obviously takes pride in his work. We are very pleased with the outcome. We appreciated Todd taking time to explain things when we asked questions and sharing his ideas on how best to take care of some tricky issues we hadnt anticipated. Todd knows his business and we highly recommend him.

    CleanBright Surface Restoration
I recently contracted with the owner (Matt) to repair a home that was damaged by mold and in need of reconstruction. Let me say that Matt is a real pro and a nice guy to work with. He always kept me informed on his progress and any added costs. He used high quality products at a very reasonable price when compared to other estimates. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone.
