    I'll let you decide. I called to make an appointment for the first oil change for my wife's new Jeep Cherokee. I was told that I didn't need to make an appointment; I could just come in and use their Express Lane. So I entered the Express Lane and expected to be greeted, but after a few minutes of inactivity I exited the car and found my way to the service desk. I was told that they were backed up and that it would be a long wait. A bit upset and unable to wait that long, I suggested that they shouldn't tell people not to make an appointment but to just come in. He then suggested that I could make an appointment, so after arriving back home and checking with my wife I called back to make an appointment. Now here comes my favorite part of the story: I was told, for the second time, that I didn't need to make an appointment but to just come in. After I tried once again to make an appointment but with the service guy on the phone not really on board, I gave up. As I write this, I still have not had an oil change and am weighing whether I want my service performed by Armory. As I said, you decide.

    I didn't have to worry. The quality was good and I felt as a women that they wouldn't rip me off. They didn't try to up sale and were honest about what the car needed. When I call I get an appointment. Matt is very punctual and very good, I think he is the manager.

    This place are a bunch of butchers period. Had my truck for 9 days, looked no better than when I dropped it off. Actually I can say it looked worse because I had more scratches in my paint than before I left it there. They charged the insurance company for parts and paint that were never done, nothing on my truck was correct or professionally done. I have made several requests for parts invoices in which they are required to supply me with no response at all! Please learn from my mistake with this unprofessional " collision center", they should be embarrassed to call themselves experts of any kind.

    Excellent work, reasonable price. Will definitely go back for any auto repairs if needed. This shop is impressive. It is obvious why they have been in business for so long and obviously take great pride in and care about their work.

    I had a coupon so I think the cost of service was about $35. The last time I went there, I was in and out in like 40 minutes. First of all, their dealership is very comfortable and clean. So, you sit in a nice chair and you wait. The service people are very professional. They go over what to do because I bought my car there so you have stuff you need to do periodically. They are just really super. I had a little problem with the tire the day I was there. They took care of that and did not charge me for it. It is that kind of extra things that they do.

    They're very friendly, professional, and punctual. I have nothing bad to say about them. They're competent, looks out for your best interest. They give good suggestions. It took one hour for the work to be completed.

    Keeler charged me $108 for the install. I bought the tires elsewhere. Their price is a little higher than some other garages. I would absolutely use them again. They have an online application for booking appointments and whenever I get there, I'm always out within an hour to an hour-and-a-half. I never had anything they did for me that wasn't done well.

    It's close to my house and I get in and out really fast. I don't need an appointment. I just drive in. They take me in within 15 or 20 minutes and they're done in 15 minutes. I would give them an A on everything.

    Carbone Subaru of Troy
    BEWARE, multiple problems ,poor response to resolving issues or correcting mistakes ,multiple errors in service reports, problems with billing dept etc. I have been a customer of Carbone Subaru in Troy for the past 6 years and have had many issues too numerous to include particularly in the past 2-3 years. One example-I went to Carbone Subaru in Troy on 8/25/16 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. On my previous visit on 3/24/16, the report sheet showed my rear brakes were in 'yellow' requiring future attention. I was interested in knowing the present condition of brakes and when I saw the report sheet, it was not completed. When asked about it, the Advisor said that if there was a problem with the brakes, he would tell me .I was especially concerned because on previous visits I was misadvised. On 10/30/2013 I had front and rear brakes done at 30,000 mi. On 4/21/2015 I was advised that the front brakes needed to be replaced again at 39,000 mi and I went back on 6/3/2015 to replace front brakes. After expressing concern about needing brakes so soon, I was told that the brakes were fine. On 10/22/2015 at 48,000 mi I brought the car for NYS inspection and was told that the rear brakes were metal to metal. I had not been advised on any earlier visits that the brakes were worn and needed to be replaced soon and the work was completed that day. Then, on visit 3/24/2016 at 52,000 mi ,the report sheet indicates that after only 4000 miles ,the rear brakes were worn and needed future attention. I have had multiple issues with the service dept and they seem unwilling to investigate concerns or take responsibilty for their mistakes. Multiple times, the report sheet is not completed, NYS Inspection not done when requested and I had to go back next day. I had a Subaru Voucher worth $350 and on the second time using it, they deducted the full amount remaining of $270.62 for a $40.50 service without my knowledge leaving no balance. When I tried to use it the next time, they said I had to contact Suburu and even though I had all my records with me, they were unwilling to really get to the bottom of the problem. I called Subaru and when they called the manager at Carbones, he was unwilling to discuss the issue with her as well. Wow! I have had issues (way, way too many to include here) with their service since they moved into the new building. So much more I could say ,but, I will say be warned!!!!!! They are so friendly trying to get you to pay for expensive Maintenance Services etc, but, I haven't found genuinely good customer service, reliable maintenance and repair service and a trustworthy dealership.
