Your search is over. In launching Angie’ List Experts, we figured that contractors, professionals and business owners live and breathe this kind of information every day, so who better to inform consumers?
In the September 2013 edition of Angie's List Magazine, we’re featuring the work of the winners of the Angie’s List Experts Spring 2013 Article Contest and others. To keep all the professional tips and advice rolling in, from August 27 to September 30, 2013 we’re embarking upon a second article-writing contest.
New contest, new prizes
The fall contest features two grand prizes of $1,000 each (one for the best article focusing on home improvement or general consumer advice, the other for the best health- or fitness related article) as well 10 runner-up prizes of $250 each. In addition to judging articles based on creativity, consumer information and great writing, our team of judges will also base their selections based on each article's relevance to the author's local area.
We're looking for a consumer's point of view, too
We’re also looking for homeowners, consumers and Angie's List members who like to write about home improvement projects and other consumer-focused topics to get in touch with us at angieslist.com/i-experts. Althought these articles won't qualify for the ongoing article contest, we know some of you already possess a great deal of expertise about a particular category on the List or maybe you learned a thing or two from your most recent hiring experience. Here’s another way to give back by sharing what you know with the Angie’s List community.
