COMPLAINT: Helene Nathanson, Charlotte, N.C.
"I hired Carpet Pros Inc. to clean my sofa and they tore the fabric in two places. The president, Darrell Thomas, came to my house and confirmed that his worker had torn the fabric while cleaning it.
"He promised to take care of it immediately. That was almost a month ago, and since that time, I haven't heard from him and he hasn't returned my phone calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like them to pay for reupholstering the sofa or purchase a new sofa."
