COMPLAINT: Judith Gonda, Los Angeles
"I paid 3 Day Blinds to receive blinds. I delayed installation due to a change in my house painting sequencing, and they destroyed my blinds without telling me. After they gave me the runaround, they sent someone out to remeasure the windows but said the blinds would cost an additional $1,200. I contacted corporate customer service, and they said they'd resolve it. I'm still out more than $3,200 and still have no blinds. They always say they'll call me in a few days but never do. I'm at my wit's end. I'm amazed this company has no compunction about taking my money and not trying to resolve the problem. I initially was willing to pay an additional amount just to get window coverings, but now I can only conclude they have no intention of working with me to resolve this situation."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like a full refund so I can go buy blinds from someone else."
EDITOR'S NOTE: The member informed Angie's List that she received her blinds and a partial refund check for $650.
