Tucson awning company allegedly won't return calls
Didn't respond to Ev Polak's request to adjust an awning and provide warranty and manufacturer's information, Polak says.

COMPLAINT: Ev Polak, Green Valley, Ariz.
"Roadrunner Awnings installed an awning. It's under warranty, and I've called them repeatedly to adjust it. They never return calls, and when I have reached the company, they promise to call back, but never do.
"They stated there's a lifetime warranty for the hardware, but they never gave me the warranty, and they wouldn't they tell me who the manufacturer is, so I can't contact them for information."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like Roadrunner Awnings to provide the manufacturer's name and a written warranty for the awning and fabric as well as the manufacturer's operating instructions. I'd also like them to adjust the awning."
