Tree trimmer fails to finish job, member says
I wanted the work done at my son’s house. There was a miscommunication, and they thought the work needed to be done at my house. They said it’d be an extra $40 for travel to go to my son’s house. My son lives closer to them than I do, but I paid the extra money.
They showed up late to my son’s house and only brought a 12-foot ladder. They needed a taller one. They didn’t get the job done and said they’d come back to finish, but they wanted more money to come back.
My son told them we paid enough and that they should come back the following Monday and finish. They agreed, but they never showed up.
I want a full refund.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
