Tree limbs hanging over home prompt trimming
Three large limbs from a pin oak hung over Midwest City, Oklahoma, members William and Sukie McAntire’s two-story home. The tree, which had suffered too many ice storms, featured another low-hanging limb over the street. It prompted Sukie to contact highly rated The Tree Guy in Midwest City to prune the tree.
She called owner Isaiah Manzo for a free estimate and says his knowledge and experience as an arborist was apparent. “He was able to explain what his plan was and how it would benefit our tree,” Sukie says.
She says the crew worked smoothly together and took only an hour and-a-half from start to finish. All the trimmings were raked from the yard and run through a chipper.
“The work is fantastic,” Sukie says. “The tree looks balanced, despite having had three large limbs removed.”
Her favorite part of the job was coordinating with Manzo. “Not only is he a good businessman, he is also a very competent tree trimmer,” she says. “He answered all our questions thoroughly and didn’t mind us sitting on the porch watching him and the crew work. We were amazed at how easy they made it look.”
The McAntires need to have another tree taken down and one trimmed. Sukie says they’ll contact The Tree Guy again.
“I would recommend The Tree Guy to anyone, whether the job is large or small,” she says. “The service Isaiah offers is the kind of service we all would like to get from any business — a perfect model of efficiency and professionalism.”
