These Sacramento dentists put smiles on patients' faces
Whether you live in Roseville or Elk Grove, you’re looking for great service, especially regarding your family’s dental care.
Here’s the latest Post of Happiness for great service from Sacramento dentists as selected by the Angie’s List Newsroom staff.
'A great rapport with patients'
Dr. Kristina Wiley of Dixon, Calif. numbed Richard Blecha’s dental fears. “I dread going to the dentist, but these folks are different,” he says. “Dr. Wiley has a great rapport with patients and helps make you feel at ease about the whole process.
"We discussed the two items I needed to have accomplished, which were a cleaning and replacing a cap on a tooth that had come off," he says. "I’ve read other reviews about other dentists that try to upsell you. Dr. Wiley gives you all the options and lets you make the decision.”
Bridging the gap
Donald Fuller is on the road to recovery, thanks to Citrus Heights Dental of Citrus Heights, Calif. “I needed to have a missing tooth replaced. An upper tooth had broken off, and I initially went in for a bridge,” he says. “As it turned out, I was able to get an implant. I don’t have insurance, but their in-house plan put the entire procedure well within my budget.
"The staff was wonderful and everything went extremely well," he reports. "It was nice to find a dental office that can handle all my needs. I would recommend this office to anyone.”
8 years of great service
Windsmile Family Dental of Suisun City, Calif. blew Ian Merill away with their dental approach. “I have been with Windsmile for eight years and they are amazing. They are able to complete procedures quickly with little or no pain,” he says. “I have had them do a large amount of work. They are very efficient and accommodating. They even have Saturday appointments.
"The billing has never been a problem and they always follow-up with you," he says. "They do such a great job and I actually look forward to visits!”
Pulling four wisdom teeth
Debbie Krumdieck is all smiles, thanks to Blue Oak Dental of Roseville, Calif. “My college son needed his four wisdom teeth pulled. The office was happy to work around his school schedule,” she says. “They took the time to explain what to expect and they made sure all my questions were answered. I stocked up on tons of soup and pudding, but his surgery went so well that he was eating soft food the next day. He had no swelling, which is hard to believe, but true! They did a great job!”
About Posts of Happiness
At Angie’s List, we regularly hear from members who are ecstatic about outstanding service received from the companies they’ve hired. We think such great service deserves recognition, which is why we feature Posts of Happiness.
We ask our members for nominations when they rate companies with A's in every category. To qualify, a review must be at least 500 characters about a company's actual work (not just an estimate) and members need to assure us that they'd hire again.
After a nomination, our staff selects the most outstanding stories to feature. If we choose your nomination, your review will appear in our monthly magazine and even right here on our website.
