These Boston dentists draw rave reviews
Whether you live in Brookline or Cambridge, you’re looking for great service, especially regarding your family’s dental care.
Here’s the latest Post of Happiness for great service from Boston dentists as selected by the Angie’s List Newsroom staff.
'One of the best'
Barrie Sosinsky is all smiles, thanks to Dr. James Nager of Belmont, Mass. “Dr. Nager is one of the best dentists I have ever had. He is thorough and up-to-date in the latest techniques,” he says. “Over nearly two years, he has removed a couple of teeth, taken care of a cavity and replaced a crown.
"Dr. Nager runs an excellent practice and he is reasonable about financial matters," Sosinsky says. "I doubt that I will see another dentist while I live in the Boston area. He is a really smart, thoughtful and friendly guy.”
An infant's first visit
Dentistry for Children of South Weymouth, Mass. brushed away Melissa Yu’s anxiety at her child’s appointment. “It was my 1-year-old’s first visit to the dentist. They made him feel comfortable, and he only cried a little during the exam,” she says.
“They were very informative. I didn’t even know how to floss baby teeth before the visit," she says. "Now, I know all the tricks to brushing and flossing his teeth, thanks to them! My son loved the toy stash and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!”
Worth the drive
Lucy Gillard found a dental home at Rousson Family Dentistry of West Newton, Mass. “My husband and I have been going to Dr. Rousson for almost 20 years. He’s so good that we still drive from Gloucester since moving from Boston 17 years ago,” she says.
“Even the worst dental procedures aren’t so uncomfortable with Dr. Rousson," she says. "He has a wonderful demeanor, a great sense of humor and explains things as he goes along. I recommend him for anything from basic dentistry to oral surgery. He’s fantastic!”
Going the extra smile
Attleboro Falls Family Dentistry of Attleboro Falls, Mass. numbed Candace Newbury’s dental fears. “My dentist moved away, and I had chipped a tooth. I needed a new dentist,” she says. “The dentist I saw, Dr. Laura Bagley, went over my results and recommended the work I needed to have done. She listened to my fears and responded to my dental apprehensions. She fully put me at ease.
"The office made a list of all the work needed and the costs so I can budget for it," she says. "I am extremely happy with my choice of dentist.”
About Posts of Happiness
At Angie’s List, we regularly hear from members who are ecstatic about outstanding service received from the companies they’ve hired. We think such great service deserves recognition, which is why we feature Posts of Happiness.
We ask our members for nominations when they rate companies with A's in every category. To qualify, a review must be at least 500 characters about a company's actual work (not just an estimate) and members need to assure us that they'd hire again.
After a nomination, our staff selects the most outstanding stories to feature. If we choose your nomination, your review will appear in our monthly magazine and even right here on our website.
