These Austin dentists earn sterling reviews
Whether you live north in Round Rock or over in Bee Cave, you’re looking for great service, especially regarding your family’s dental care.
Here’s the latest Post of Happiness for great service from Austin dentists as selected by the Angie’s List Newsroom staff.
A thorough assessment
James Gallagher found a new dental home at Carus Dental of Austin, Texas. “I initially went to see their oral surgeon because my jaw was locking and I had an underbite issue. I also needed a new dentist,” he says. “Overall, I saw six people in the offices for my issue, and they were all very bright. They met me many times in person and on the phone about my case. They did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
"I look forward to them doing all the future work I need done," he says. "They have made all the difference in the world.”
A great referral
Sandra Lewis is on the road to recovery, thanks to Eaddy Dentistry of Lakeway, Texas. “I have had continuous problems with my teeth,” she says. “Dr. Winston Eaddy has taken care of me.
"There was one procedure he didn’t feel he was experienced enough to handle," Lewis says. "He sent me to a periodontal surgeon for a sinus lift and they did a good job. I am well on my way of getting back to good, thanks to Dr. Eaddy. I cannot say enough good things about him. I have had several dentists, and he is the best.”
Dr. Regina Jensen of Austin is Kelly Marwill’s go-to pediatric dentist for her toddlers’ teeth care. “Dr. Jensen has seen my 2-year-old and my 4-year-old,” she says. “My neighbor suggested her because they had an amazing experience.
"When you walk in, there is a kid’s movie theater with children’s movies playing," Marwill says. "They have a playroom with a dry-erase board and coloring books. They also worked well with me. They have been to my child’s preschool twice to talk to the children about dental hygiene. They are amazing!”
A wonderful experience
Christine Meckley is all smiles, thanks to Dr. Deidra McLane of Austin. “Based on my experience with this practice, they will now become our new family dentist,” she says. “The staff was great, and the office atmosphere was wonderful. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. They told me what to watch out for in order to reduce any future dental issues. The office took the time to submit the billing codes and speak with my insurance company. This gave me the details of what to expect financially.”
About Posts of Happiness
At Angie’s List, we regularly hear from members who are ecstatic about outstanding service received from the companies they’ve hired. We think such great service deserves recognition, which is why we feature Posts of Happiness.
We ask our members for nominations when they rate companies with A's in every category. To qualify, a review must be at least 500 characters about a company's actual work (not just an estimate) and members need to assure us that they'd hire again.
After a nomination, our staff selects the most outstanding stories to feature. If we choose your nomination, your review will appear in our monthly magazine and even right here on our website.
