Failed to respond to Dwayne Sawyer's complaint about curb installation he says was poorly stained.

Didn't respond to Rachel Feigelman's complaint about damage she says was caused by a faulty refrigerator.
COMPLAINT: Dwayne Sawyer, Tarpon Springs, Fla.
"I hired Distinctive Curbing to install 155 feet of lawn curbing with stain and stamping. After I signed the agreement, it usually took two or three days to get a return call.
"The quality of the curbing work could be rated B+ or A-, if they'd ever fulfilled the obligation to complete the job. The concrete stain is very blotched or washed out in about 33 feet of the curbing, and doesn't match the rest of the job.
"They acknowledged this issue upon completion of the project and promised to come back after a month, when the curbing had cured, to restain those sections.
"Now, three months later, I haven't heard from them, despite leaving multiple messages."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like Distinctive Curbing to restain and reseal the blotched areas so they match the rest of the curbing."
