St. Louis man finds his 'go-to guy' for computer repair
Saving John Bugee from the "blue screen of death" was all in a day's work for Scott Quinby, the owner.
"Scott tried to talk me through a fix via e-mail, but when that didn't work, he picked up the computer at my house and took it to his office," Bugee says.
"Scott explained my options for fixing or replacing the computer, without trying to sell me anything. The problem was solved for about half what it would have cost at a 'chain' electronics store. Scott will definitely be my 'go to' guy for computer issues in the future."
