Southwest Florida roofer fails to order replacement tiles, member says
Member commentsI hired A to Z Roofing Service of Fort Myers, Fla., to replace my tile roof in February 2012. It leaked twice in 2012, once in March and once in July. Each time, it damaged interior walls and ceilings.
A to Z Roofing responded quickly both times and repaired the leaks using my spare flat roofing tiles because they were the only matching roof tiles immediately available. The company promised they would order and replace my spare tiles at their cost. I called four times in 2012, and each time the president reiterated his commitment and promised to order them right away.
I haven’t received my replacement tiles and now the company won’t even answer or return my phone calls. I want A to Z to replace the 30 tiles they used to make repairs.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
