Snohomish Remodeling Company Fixes Cracked Shower Pan
I hired Quality Homes & Improvements of Snohomish, Washington, to complete a master bathroom remodel. They were supposed to remove the existing shower wall and pan.
I am not happy at this point. I am now in the process of trying to have the contractor, Steve Tandari, replace the shower pan that he installed with a crack in it. He did not tell us about it until we discovered it after a first cleaning.
When approached about it, he said he had just forgotten to tell us and ordered a replacement pan. Now he wants to charge us an additional $2,800 or give us $500 and call it even.
I want the amount of $2,800 to hire a different contractor to do the replacement work.
Steven Keller, Snohomish
I am willing to resolve this issue. I will replace the shower pan for free.
Steve Tandari, owner

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
