Shawnee home organizer resolves homeowner’s problem
I hired We Organize of Shawnee, Kan., to clean a third of my house. It was an overall stressful and disappointing experience. They didn’t communicate well and I had no idea what they were going to get done in the time frame aside from clean my kitchen and two and-a-half bathrooms. There were two people there for two hours. They should’ve easily been able to clean the entire house. I would never use them again. Maybe they organize better than they clean.
Louise Gordon, Shawnee, Kan.
We arrived on time for the appointment and offered the client and earlier time, but she declined. We introduced ourselves and walked through the home. We asked what the customer’s priorities were and she said the kitchen and the bathrooms. We cleaned the kitchen and wiped all the cabinets, cleaned the microwave, refrigerator, sink, and swept and mopped. We dusted and vacuumed the living room and dining room and swept and mopped the front entrance. We also vacuumed the stairs, cleaned the bathrooms and swept and mopped the basement. We had two cleaners for two hours. Each home is different. Some have more things to move around and others are just easier to clean. When pets are in the home, like this one, it does take additional time. I apologize that we couldn’t complete the cleaning in the time frame.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
