When a toilet in Beverly Ward's home refused to flush, plumber John Keigley replaced its "guts."
"While he was working, the knob broke off, so he replaced it free of charge with a better knob," Ward says. "The toilet upstairs 'burped' when flushed, so he offered to leave me with a brochure of a more reliable and efficient toilet. He had one in his truck, so I bought it, and he was in and out of here in under an hour."
