Schertz housecleaner offers refund after member complains about attention to detail
I hired Honey Bees Cleaning and Janitorial Service of Schertz, Texas, to clean my house.
They told me they would clean the ceiling fan blades, bathroom lights, mirrors, storm door, shower, kitchen, three bedrooms, blinds, kitchen sink, oven, floors and polish the furniture, vacuum and mop.
They did a very good job in many areas. After they left, I walked through the house and noticed that the guest bath light, a chest and ceiling fans weren’t dusted. One of the blinds had uneven slats going two different directions, and no furniture was polished.
When I turned on the shower, the shower head was facing out. Water went on the bathroom walls and on a rug.
They lacked attention to detail. For what I paid, I expected them to fulfill what they assured me they would do. I want an $80 refund.

I inspected the residence and the customer inspected each piece of furniture, ceiling fan and down to the vacuuming of the carpet.
She only mentioned stains on the carpet she thought was debris, not vacuumed. I received a call a few days later and she said the service was too expensive.
Then she said we missed items in the home. We went above and beyond cleaning the interior of the broiler of her oven for free. She said she didn’t want certain pieces touched so they wouldn’t be damaged.
Four or five pieces of furniture and wall art weren’t cleaned per her request.
