Santa Ana remodeler makes stairway safer
This month, we’re spotlighting a review from member Stacy Lawrence of Laguna Hills, Ca., who shared great details and photos about her stairway renovation performed by Martin Stairways of near by Santa Ana.
Angie’s List reviews like this one are especially helpful because they include all the particulars along with great before and after photos, which let members know why you think they should hire or steer clear of a company. So the next time you submit a review, don’t spare the details or the visuals!
Here’s what Lawrence had to say about her experience:
Martin Crandell and his son are two of the best contractors I’ve hired so far. Martin was timely and did what he promised to do. What more could I ask for? It took about two weeks from the estimate date to honing down details to completing the job. I decided to replace the railings when I realized my toddler’s head could fit through. I have a long catwalk that was an accident waiting to happen.
"I had several estimates and thought Martin’s experience and price would best serve my needs. It took two full days to complete and I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend him to our neighbors. Martin showed up early and stayed until the job was finished. He and his son worked quickly and efficiently. At the end, he gave me the invoice for materials.
