San Antonio security company fails to set up protection, homeowner says

I hired Shine Security Systems of San Antonio to survey my house and provide a service estimate for security. Owner Mark Dunn followed up by phone several times to negotiate a lower price, and I agreed to sign a contract and provided a $1,062 deposit for equipment.

I’ve been chasing him ever since.

Despite dozens of unreturned phone calls and empty promises when we actually reached him, he hasn’t performed any services or returned the deposit four months later.

I want a $1,062 refund.

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate.
