San Antonio roofer slow to address leak

"Rod Roofing replaced my roof, which is under warranty. My roof now leaks in two areas. The original installation was handled just fine and subsequent leaks that occurred shortly after were addressed in a timely manner.
Plumbing Services Didn't respond to Richard Agee's request for a refund after he says they didn't properly fix leaks in his ice maker and dishwasher. Third month in the box.
"It's been several years now - but still during the warranty period - and I have leaks again. I've been attempting for over three months to get these addressed. Each time I call I'm told that I'm on the list for repairs, but they just can't get to it. I believe the time to be excessive."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like for them to repair the roof leaks. If they no longer support warranty work directly, I'd ask that they reimburse me so another roofing company can make the repairs."
