San Antonio flooring company damaged deck, homeowner says
I hired Hardwood Floors of San Antonio to sand the top layer of paint off my deck, so I could refinish the surface. But when the technician started sanding, his machine created divots all over the deck. I tried to call them multiple times to come fix it, but they never returned any of my calls. Now I have to find another company to correct these mistakes.
I want a refund of the $1,650 job, as well as $600 for the primer, paint and labor to refinish the deck. If the divots are too deep, then some of the deck boards will need to be replaced, and I’ll want them to pay to replace those as well.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
