San Antonio A/C company, homeowner disagree on timely service

I hired TEX-PERTS Cooling & Heating in San Antonio to install my A/C unit last year, and I called them recently to fix a refrigerant leak. They came out on a Friday after I called them, but the service manager told me that the company no longer makes that part. He said they could repair it with a comparable part, but wouldn’t be able to get to it until Monday. I want a refund of $140, since they didn’t fix the leak.

We responded to this customer’s issue quickly and talked to the manufacturer to find a solution. Most of our time was spent on the phone with the manufacturer, trying to come up with a solution.

We located a part that could be installed the following morning. I went beyond the stipulations in his warranty to ensure his A/C was cooling as quickly as possible. We gave him a fair price and service.
