Reminder: Spring Forward, It's Daylight Saving Time!

This Sunday, we'll “march forward” into spring – hurray for more hours of sunlight, blooming flowers and springtime decor!
If you still have a manual clock or two around your house, don't forget to set them an hour ahead on Saturday night (or Sunday morning).
Additionally, this is a great time of year to check your smoke and CO detectors and replace their batteries! We recommend replacing the batteries at least twice a year, so doing this at the start and end of Daylight Saving Time is a good homeowner habit. Smoke and CO detectors don't last forever – after about ten years, they start to wear out and become less effective. While you're testing your detectors, check their age, too!
Make Daylight Saving Easier: If you're like most of us, you're probably going to be a little grumpy about the fact that you'll lose an hour of sleep this weekend. Consider making your bed when you wake up Sunday morning – studies show this simple act will help improve your mood at home!
While we couldn't live without our smartphones, we do think manual clocks offer a design aesthetic that just can't be beat! Here are some of our favorite fun and functional wall clocks:
