Refrigerator repair sparks disagreement in Denver
COMPLAINT: Donna Brannan, Hudson, Colo.
The technician advised me the repair required a "3-in-1" part. I later discovered the part is considered a quick fix, which should never have been conducted on a refrigerator of that age or quality.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want receipts and for the refrigerator to be properly repaired.

We left a receipt with the member's tenant and sent a copy to her. The refrigerator was in good working order when we left, and the tenant signed the receipt showing it worked fine.
The hard start "3-in-1" kit was a much cheaper fix than changing out a compressor that didn't need it. The member agreed to the work.
