Serpaco Painting Inc. of Raleigh covered the tracks of Linda Wilkey's leaky ceiling when they painted her kitchen. "Nick Serpa, the owner, came out the same day to give me an estimate," Wilkey says.
"The crew did a great job and I'm extremely pleased with the work. Nick went to great pains to get me what I wanted. This was a very good experience!"
Lisa Paulin's vehicle looks good as new thanks to auto body work from Hendrick Durham Collision Center. "From beginning to end, they were impeccable," Paulin says.
"The scheduling was easy and I got my car back in two days. They also called me three times to update the progress. When I picked up my car, I asked for an estimate on fixing a scrape and they offered to fix it right there. They did it in five minutes and didn't charge me!"
It's been smooth sailing for John Hajdin since MB Drywall hung drywall in his attic. "Raul [Maldonado, the owner] was accommodating to my schedule," Hajdin says.
"He kept me apprised of issues and told me if he'd be late, even by a half hour. The crew worked from the time they arrived until they left. The pros were workmanship, responsiveness and accommodation. The finished drywall looks great."
Home Matters LLC brightened Susie Brew's bathroom with a new tiled shower spotlighted by a window. "Their work was excellent," Brew says. "What I really, really loved is that they guided me with awesome suggestions.
"I've recommended them to others who tell me they love them, too! They've done other work for me and I've never been disappointed."
