Portland dog bakery makes great treats
Noxon, currently works with a local dog day care and boarding facility and visits Bone-Jour regularly. "I've been in the pet industry for a while, so I have pretty strong opinions on what I like to see, and I think Bone-Jour embodies those ideals. They use human-grade ingredients - you could eat [their food] yourself - and they use as many organic materials as they can. I stop by the store once every couple of weeks to get treats and specialty items."

Description of work "I bought a custom-made dog birthday cake, freshly baked treats and wonderful dog things here."
Member comments "I wanted a well-made, fresh, high-quality dog birthday cake for my two dogs. After a bit of research, I found Bone-Jour and fell in love with their place! Cindy [Clunes-Noack], the owner, makes you feel like your dog is the cutest, the best, and could do no wrong. She also loves to spoil all dogs that visit her shop! I ordered a peanut butter and mint cake and had them decorate it with my dog's name. When I picked up the cake, I was surprised to see the baker had added some nice touches and found the perfect colors for it. My dogs loved it and wanted more! I was very happy with this and have continued to buy treats from them since. Each person working here really knows their stuff when it comes to feeding dogs and making yummy treats for them. The bakery also has dog-themed events that are so much fun. Now they're even making special holiday-themed dinners. My dogs' Thanksgiving dinner was better than mine!"
