Portland company addresses complaint by restaining deck

Painting problem

COMPLAINT: Gretchen Brown, Sherwood

"I contacted Ken's Painting Unlimited Inc. to paint the exterior of my house and shop, and to restain the deck. They were quick to do the job. The house and shop are OK, but it started raining the afternoon they painted, and the deck stain isn't even. I've contacted them and twice they've said they would check the deck, but they haven't come by."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like the deck restained so that it's covered evenly."

RESPONSE: Ken Smith, owner, Ken's Painting Unlimited Inc.

"I'm sorry the deck took so long to repair. I didn't receive my e-mails. Please call if there is anything else we can do. I really appreciate your business."
