Pink 1959 bathroom comes to 21st Century
Member John Dallosta recently hired highly rated remodeling company Anthony Graves Construction of Carmichael, Calif., to remodel his original 1959 guest bathroom. Among other things, the company removed and replaced the tub, tile, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, toilet and lights.
Here’s what Dallosta had to say about his experience:
“I can’t say enough about the quality of the work completed by Anthony Graves Construction. I picked this company after getting two estimates. The price was very near the same for both companies, but I felt I’d be better able to communicate with Anthony. Before signing the contract, I was given a folder full of information, which contained a detailed list of what would be done. It also showed how much of a dollar allowance I was allowed for tile, faucets and flooring.
"Anthony helped me design the new cabinet to fit my needs and was very helpful in choosing the materials and overall color scheme. As promised, he was there every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. I was told what to expect ahead of time and I was always asked if I had any questions or concerns. The main worker on this job was very talented, professional and courteous. The utmost care was taken during the demo stage not to bang up or dirty the rest of the house. Tarps were laid out over my hardwood floor before any work was started and dust was kept to a minimum.
"When the job was finished, the house, garage and driveway were left spotless. Anthony was honest, punctual and completed everything he said he would do, even finishing the job ahead of schedule and within our budget. I would definitely use them again.”
