Phoenix-area auto repair shops earn praise from customers
Whether you live in Surprise or in Chandler, you’re looking for great service, especially with service and maintenance of your car.
Here’s the latest Post of Happiness for great service from Phoenix-area auto repair shops as selected by the Angie’s List Newsroom staff.
Curt’s Auto Repair, Phoenix
Curt’s Auto Repair pulled out all the stops for Keith Grayson. “They replaced the back brakes on my Porsche Cayenne,” he says. “I called a few shops to price out new brakes for my car because the dealership was going to be very expensive. They called me back immediately with pricing that made sense. They were friendly when I dropped my vehicle off and when I picked it up. They also personally thanked me for my business afterward. They did a great job with great customer service. They are a keeper.”
Bays Complete Auto Repair, Phoenix
Bays Complete Auto Repair worked tirelessly on Travis Lucero’s car. “They replaced the tires, control arms, struts and shocks on my car,” he says. “I was in an accident and broke many parts on my vehicle. They towed it in for me and showed me all of the damage. They said it would take four days for all the work, but they were actually finished in three. They came and picked me up when it was ready and they did follow-up calls to check on the quality. They treated me like I was their favorite customer.”
Ric’s Body & Paint, Scottsdale
Jill Edwards is on the road again, thanks to Ric’s Body & Paint. “They fixed the entire front end of my Volkswagen Jetta,” she says. “A large truck backed up into my car when I was in line to exit a parking lot. It crushed my entire front end. The transmission and air conditioning also had to be repaired. Ric’s did all the repairs and painted the new parts. The car took a little bit longer to finish than anticipated, but they kept in touch with me throughout the process. The car looked good as new when I picked it up.”
Sun City Auto Service, Sun City
Sun City Auto Service tuned into Patricia Topping’s vehicle needs. “They performed a total health check on my used car that I just purchased,” she says. “They gave me estimates on anything they found that could be repaired and explained everything in detail. They broke it down from what was most important to what could wait. I am disappointed that it took me this long to find a great auto repair shop! Why didn’t I know about this place before? I will go back for any other repairs when the time comes.”
About Posts of Happiness
At Angie’s List, we regularly hear from members who are ecstatic about outstanding service received from the companies they’ve hired. We think such great service deserves recognition, which is why we feature Posts of Happiness.
We ask our members for nominations when they rate companies with A’s in every category. To qualify, a review must be at least 500 characters about a company’s actual work (not just an estimate) and members need to assure us that they’d hire again.
After a nomination, our staff selects the most outstanding stories to feature. If we choose your nomination, your review will appear in our monthly magazine and even right here on our website.
