COMPLAINT: Adam Kortepeter, Ewing, N.J.
"I began to experience roof leakage a few months ago after a heavy rain. I called Trenton Roofing & Siding and left a message requesting warranty repair - they completed the original roofing job in 1998, with a 10-year warranty on workmanship and 25-year warranty on shingles.

Our sunroom carpet was soaked, and there were brown spots in the ceiling above the nursery and stairway. The next day, a representative inspected the problem. He said he didn't have enough materials to fix the problem, so he would have to talk to his supervisor. He said someone would call me and schedule an appointment.

Since that day, I have received no calls, nor has any work been done to my knowledge."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the appropriate personnel at Trenton Roofing to contact me, collect the necessary information to process my claim and perform repairs as requested under the terms of the warranty."

STATUS: Resolved
Editor's note: The member informed Angie's List that Trenton Roofing identified the source of the leak as condensation from insulation, not the roof.
