Pavers installed by Cape Coral pool company sink, homeowner says
I hired Venetian Pools & Spas in Cape Coral, Florida, to install my new pool. They always wanted to do a good job, but I don’t feel that they had enough supervision to complete the $30,000 job to my standards. When the trades came to work, the Venetian Pools & Spas employees weren’t often around, so I had to tell the trades what to do.
I had to call a few times to get them to finish jobs they neglected to do, including tiling my waterfall. They broke various things around my pool, and though they fixed them, they shouldn’t have been so careless in the first place and didn’t fix the issues in a timely fashion.
Now the pavers around the pool have started to sink. They said at the start that this rarely happens, but if it did, they would fix it right away. Well, they said someone would fix it, but they never showed up. I want them to fix the pavers.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
