Patient says Clermont dentist made denture too big
I went to Bella Bella Dental Group of Clermont, Fla., to have a denture made. The day I received the denture, I told the dentist it was too big. She refused to do anything and told me to try to make it fit with glue.
I went back repeatedly for months. I said I needed it fixed, but she said I’d have to have a new one made for $1,500 more.
She should have fixed the other one in the first place. They’re interested in money rather than the quality of their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I would like a refund of $1,300, or for the denture to be sent back to the lab and fixed for free.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
