Oklahoma City company completes repairs to damaged car
I hired Legends Auto Collision of Oklahoma City to repair my car. A tornado damaged my car, and I had scratches all over the body of my car and windows. I had to replace most of the glass and the rear bumper, and sand and paint the car as well.
After the first time I left my car, I realized they had not fixed all the scratches, and they even damaged areas that weren’t damaged before. I took my car in to address those areas and left it for another week.

When I picked it up, I noticed that they replaced my rear window with a window that wasn’t tinted [my previous window was tinted]. Now my trunk makes a funny noise when it opens and closes. So, I have to go back a third time to have them replace my window.
This used to be the best place in town. I want a refund of $350 to reimburse me for my $250 deductible and time spent taking the car to them three times.

We apologize for any inconvenience the member has encountered during her vehicle’s repair. Here at Legends, we have a lifetime guarantee on our work for as long as she owns her car.
We alerted the sublet companies that we use for glass installation and tinting about her issues. We have since repainted the vehicle. The original estimate wasn’t sufficient to complete the repairs her car needed. The supplemental damages we initially reviewed didn’t cover every scratch, because it can be difficult to discover tornado damage.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We continue to work for our customers to make sure they have top-quality cars upon completion.

Editor’s Note: The company made additional repairs, which met the member’s satisfaction.
Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
