North Royalton flooring company left gaps between thresholds, consumer says
I hired Select Floors of North Royalton, Ohio, to install flooring and baseboards in my hallway and re-install the thresholds leading into the rooms. The thresholds between rooms are gapped. My daughter took a big fall when she tripped on one of them.
I have been trying to get them to fix the issue for months. They aren’t answering or returning my calls. I’m upset with the customer service I have received.
I trusted them, because they did work for me in the past, so I’m not sure what happened. I would like a $160 to $175 refund to pay another company to fix the threshold gaps.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
