New York City-area contractor screws up skylight repair
COMPLAINT: Natarajan Nagarajan, Marlboro, N.J.
"Repair-Pro.com was supposed to repair a skylight for me. They didn't do a good job. I had to have someone else come out to fix their work. They said it would take four hours at a cost of $300, but it took them 13 hours and $860 for labor alone.
"The job was so shoddy that the skylights had to be taken out and put back correctly. The roof also started to leak around the skylights. They also left debris on the yard. It was a bitter experience and a nightmare."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to refund $750 for the poor job they did."
