COMPLAINT: Charles L. Scholl Sr., Lancaster, Ohio
"I hired Gang Roofing to do a re-roof job for me, because they had done a roof for me 14 years ago and did a great job.
"They installed the roof, but I had a big rain shortly after they installed it. Because of the way they installed the roof, water is running off heavily in one spot, which is damaging the wheelchair ramp leading into my home.
"They were supposed to put plastic behind my air vents into my attic to keep air from flowing too much. However, they have yet to install these plastic pieces, and it has been several months since the job was supposed to be completed.
"They also installed two circular skylights that were never sealed, so the skylight is getting dirty and full of bugs; the light is not coming in like it should.
"I have been trying to call them, but they aren't answering their phone or returning my calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like either the work to be corrected, or I would like a refund of I guess about $500 to hire another company to complete the work."
