COMPLAINT: Brandi and Dirk Johnson, Minneapolis
"I (Brandi) purchased a pack of six tanning sessions from Boss Tanning. I was only able to use three. On three occasions, the machine was down.
"After the second time, I talked to the owner, Ken Barkow, and he assured me it wouldn't happen again. I told him if it did, I'd be asking for a refund. After it happened again, I left him three messages, but he won't return any calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a refund for three unused tanning sessions."
