I hired Martins Mechanical of Philadelphia to perform a basic check on my gas furnace. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and they arrived within the window indicated.

My only issue is getting a receipt. They were great other than the paperwork issue.

After six weeks, I still haven’t been able to get a receipt of service. I spoke with the office four times, and they said they would get the work order and send me a receipt via email. The office staff has been very friendly, but I am not sure what the miscommunication is. I’m just asking for the receipt showing that they actually did come out and said there is nothing wrong with my furnace.
