Member seeks missing receipt after furnace check
My only issue is getting a receipt. They were great other than the paperwork issue.
After six weeks, I still haven’t been able to get a receipt of service. I spoke with the office four times, and they said they would get the work order and send me a receipt via email. The office staff has been very friendly, but I am not sure what the miscommunication is. I’m just asking for the receipt showing that they actually did come out and said there is nothing wrong with my furnace.
Gina Gruber, Norristown, Pa.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and oversight.
Iliana Reinoso, office manager
Editor’s note: The member says she received a receipt via email and considers the issue resolved.
Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
