Member says Richardson pool company took money and ran
I hired Dreams of Excellence Pool Service of Richardson, Texas, to resurface my pool, including new plaster, touching up the deck and inspecting the filter and pump. The owner has the tools of the trade. He came with a laptop, samples, a catalog and a marker to measure the circumference of the pool.
There were no red flags at the beginning. He was very eloquent with the way he described how the work was going to be done. I paid $5,180 upfront, and he never returned to do the work. We went to the address he provided and found a dilapidated rental home, and the resident refused to tell us where he was. I want a full refund.
