Member says Orlando concrete contractor left project incomplete
I hired Concrete Rules of Orlando, Fla., to resurface the driveway and front porch. Initially, he used the wrong material and said he would come back and finish the job. He came back with the correct material and finished the driveway, but he didn’t redo the front porch.
I called several times afterward, but he never came back to finish and he didn’t return phone calls. The cement in the driveway is cracking and chipping in several spots. He finally responded to a phone call, but never came as scheduled.
The product is under a 10-year warranty to protect against failure of the product to bond to the surface. His product did not bond to the surface. I want the cement removed and a refund of $2,800.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to mediate disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
