Member says Lewis Center lawn care service didn’t treat her lawn as promised
I was supposed to have my lawn treated, but the lawn specialist called and said he couldn’t fit me in because his schedule was full that day. He said he didn’t know if the computer would reschedule the treatment. I called back a week later and no rescheduling had been done. The operator scheduled it another week later and said that they’d call me 24 hours in advance of the appointment. However, they didn’t call and the tech claims he came in the morning and my gate was locked. They promised to do the treatment the following week and again no one showed up.
I try to call, but the lines are busy or I get transferred to a satellite office. Several of my neighbors have had similar problems. I want the past-due treatment completed and a refund for a treatment that they did three weeks early.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to mediate disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
