Member says Las Vegas tub refinisher’s work cracking
I hired Miracle Solutions of Las Vegas to refinish my bathtub and paint the surrounding tile. The work looked great at first, but on the second day, a bottle dropped on the bottom of the tub and nicked it. My husband reached out to the company and told them we’d pay to have the nick repaired. We were told they’d call back to schedule a time, but never heard back.
Now the paint on the bottom of the tub is cracking, as well as the caulking they installed. We’ve left numerous voice mail messages, with no response, and their mailbox is now full. I’ve tried to email, with no response. The receipt states the work has a three-year warranty, but now I’m worried they may be out of business. I would like them to refinish the tub or refund $325.
