Member says Indianapolis tree service company took money, but didn’t do trim work
I’ve hired North Side Tree Service of Indianapolis over the past few years to trim trees in the backyard, and they’ve always been good. But this year, after giving them the initial deposit of $200, they cashed the money and didn’t call me back.
When they finally arrived to do the work, they took the $200 balance in cash, left, and will not return my calls. I want a $400 refund or the tree trimmed.

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond.
