Member says gutter cleaning left incomplete
I hired Dyer Home and Lawn Care of Fort Thomas, Ky., to clean my gutters as part of a Big Deal. As they were leaving, they came to the door and gave me a piece of slate that fell off my roof.
Three days later, I went to the second floor to get something out of the closet, looked out the window and saw the gutter on the first floor was full of leaves. I took pictures and sent them and a message to Dyer.
I want an $88 refund.

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond.
