Member says Cincinnati-area door company fixed shoddy installation
I hired Re-Sash Window & Siding of Liberty Township, Ohio, to install two doors, siding and gutters. Initially, I was happy, however, after I paid the bulk of what I owed, the customer service hit the floor.
The door is crooked, and the top left corner sticks out about a quarter of an inch. The door doesn’t latch with the knob, but the deadbolt latches. Light shines through in a couple of places. The owner says they can’t fix the door. I want the door installed correctly.

We did receive the bulk of the payment and told our customer to hold money back until we fixed the door. The door has been reinstalled and he approved. We never walk away from an unhappy customer.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to mediate disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
