Member says car wash damaged windshield wipers

Member complaint

I took my car to All Season Car Wash of Middletown, Ohio, to get washed. The carwash appeared to be malfunctioning and it damaged my windshield wipers. I have called the telephone number listed online and in the telephone book more than a dozen times — at various times of the day and evening — and it’s always a fax line. I’ve never been able to speak to anyone connected with the carwash to explain what happened to my car and ask them to repair the damage. I also went back to the carwash a few times, attempting to contact the owner or an employee, but have never been able to find anyone there who can help me.

I want the carwash to pay for my windshield wipers to be repaired or replaced.

Have a complaint?

Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
