I took my chihuahua to Groomingdales of Las Vegas for a bath and nail trim. They had her for 45 minutes, and when I came to get her, she was completely traumatized. That night, I was honestly worried she wasn’t going to make it through the night. She wouldn’t move and was completely on edge. I took her to the vet, and they noticed some of her teeth had been knocked out and she had a sprain in her neck.

I reached the owner of Groomingdales and told him I wanted him to pay the vet bill. He offered to pay half, but I didn’t think that was fair. A few weeks later, I asked again for a reimbursement, and he was rude.

My dog has never been the same. I would like them to reimburse me the $398 vet bill.

This is an attempt to frame us for an acknowledged previous condition. She has brought her three dogs to us twice and informed us in writing that the one in question was elderly with many health problems, and to take extra precautions, which we did. There was never an incident or accident, and my store has full video and audio records.

I offered to show her the entire day to prove our innocence, and she never responded. Her dogs left our shop just fine and she was thankful for the special TLC given to her pets. I have nothing to hide and encourage her to view the tape. Also, I have requested a vet bill and diagnosis, which she has denied. She also waited two-and-a-half days to report any injuries.
